Since 2018, the Middle East Academy and Africa Academy programs of the Africa Foundation and the Middle East Foundation, which started their education and research activities, have been united under a single roof as IST (Human, Politics, Society) Academy and enriched with new training modules. IST Academy, which carries out basic education programs, specialization programs, research centers and publication activities, has started its activities with the aim of taking the existing mission of the foundations to the next level. The old vision and mission of the African and Middle Eastern foundations, which is to ensure the formation of a permanent relationship bond, to maintain the existing one and to produce knowledge and train human resources in this direction, has been developed and enriched and has continued its activities under the roof of IST Academy since 2024.
In addition, IST Academy, which expanded its fields of activity with the establishment of research centers such as the International Development and Economy Research Center (UKAM) and the Gulf Research Center (KAM), continues its efforts to carry out in-depth analysis activities in all areas concerning human, politics and society.
